MQM QUITS TILL NEXT BROADCAST

MQM QUITS ONCE AGAIN TILL FURTHER TELEPHONIC BROADCAST

By. Dr. Khurshid Alam khurshidalam44@hotmail.com

MQM quits after 15 years in power. Anyhow this decision is subjected to next telephonic broadcast. Like any Mafia it is not possible for MQM to remain out of power.

The issue of greater alliance is no greater than Gang Alliance. I always pondered over the compulsions of PPP but could not find a valid reason for so apologetic and malleable attitude to MQM by.

Before the birth of MQM, sustained violence and target killing was unknown in the politics of Pakistan. Their infighting has been stopped temporarily for obvious reasons. They are preparing for a big show down. The break up of Pakistan carries no importance for them as the Indian invitation is still open and has not been withdrawn officially.

Those who have their motherland in the geographical frame of Pakistan are really worried by the conditions prevailing in Karachi. If we take MQM on their words they have literally unshared control of Karachi sine its birth but the last 15 years have proved beyond any shadow of doubt that peace and MQM are incompatible with each other.

This Mafia created by Gen Zia and patronized by Musharraf having experience of joint exercises with our agencies in Late East Pakistan and then in Karachi. They are not ready to accept the historical fact that they can be recognized as a political force but not as a nation. This is exactly what late Wali Khan told them.

The re-emergence of Muhajir Council, the formation of Gang Alliance and capture of Israel arms consignment are the events pointing towards some unimaginable tragedy. General Pasha and military leadership must ponder over it seriously.

There is always a lull before a storm. Internal explosion is a more serious thing than external. Even USSR could not sustain it. Karachi, Hydar Abad and Sukkur can pose an irreparable danger to the integrity of the country and can lead to the death of a State. They were Muhajir before and they will remain Muhajir in the future. They are cashing this term for political reasons. The word Mutahida was used for political convenience.

Their huge electoral leads in elections is just like holding elections in a prison where the prisoners are contesting against the officials. That is no indication of their popularity or their changed political outlook or transition from Mafia to a political organization. Their political language speaks volumes of their real intentions.

Their demand to expel certain political leaders is another indication of their claim to be the sole master of these three cities. Like Jews they consider it their promised land. Sooner they are cut in to their size the better it is for the country.

We must stop mumbling it the ripe time to call spade a spade.

The great gang is a psychological war tactics, no more no less. Political mobilization and complete change need a will of a steal and can never be brought by remote control. Mian brothers cannot offer those sacrifices. They are not made of those elements.

Pakistan political history does not start from Zia. There is a long history of sacrifices and struggle of those who were prisoners of their conscience. They are in thousands who were killed in dark alleyways. There are people who not only oppose dictators but even those who were proclaimed Prophets.

There should be an end to the rape of the history again and again. Those who cannot tolerate a sting of a mosquito cannot be expected to tolerate the shock of an electric chair.

Nation should not be made fool by jugulars that are master to play with their words. No one has an alternate program or the capability to put it in to practice. We have had enough experience of one point agenda, remove one in power and pave the way for the army to take over.

When a political leadership becomes so dwarf that it cannot sort priorities between existence and so-called sovereignty, least can be expected from them. Does it not stink foul to put the incident of Abbot Abad ahead of attack on GHQ. Naval HQ? Is it possible for four terrorists to capture naval HQ for 36 hours without internal support? Who are they?

We should make a grand commission of judiciary, armed forces, intelligence institutions, and elected parliamentarians, supported by a jury of intellectuals and retired army officers who have never been involved in politics. This is no time for great Gang? Present political activities in London sounds like organizing THE GREAT ESCAP of national traitors.
